A recipe for chocolate lovers. Chocolate cake is an easy dessert to prepare but with a lot of flavor. Just 10 minutes to get it ready and you will enjoy the result.
Dry ingredients:
- 200 gr Flour,
- 1 sachet of baking powder,
- 50 gr Cocoa,
- 150 gr Sugar.
Mix the ingredients together to obtain a homogeneous consistency.
Liquid Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cold coffee,
- 100 ml Milk,
- 50 ml Oil.
Mix until all the ingredients are combined and the cake dough is formed.
Put it in a pan coated with butter and bake it at 200 ° C for 35 minutes.
Preparation of the icing:
- 1 can of Panda milk,
- 2 tablespoons cocoa.
Heat the milk over low heat until it becomes liquid then remove it from the stove. Add cocoa powder and mix well for a few minutes. Let the icing cool down at room temperature and then pour it over the cake which should also be cold.
