However, if you are worried about protein, there are much better plant-based sources of it like beans, lentils, legumes, nuts and seeds. Plant-based sources contain all the essential amino acids we need and also provide you with lots of vitamins and nutrients.

But this does not mean that you should completely stop consuming them but consume it without exaggeration.
