Chocolate baklava

Special chocolate baklava, this dessert originates from Turkey where it is cooked with different flavors. One of my favorites is this one with chocolate and I believe I have achieved the goal that the taste is like the one cooked in Turkey.

Grease the pan with butter and start with the placement of the noodles, for every 2 noodles put butter on top then the ground dried fruits and the chopped chocolate. We continue like this until the end. At this point also make the cut of the pieces giving the shape you prefer the most. Pour over the remaining butter and bake at 150 ° C for 45 minutes.

Preparation of the syrup:

in a bowl pour the water, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and start boiling. Then add the cocoa, passing it through a sieve so that no grains form. Add a little lemon juice so that the sugar does not freeze. Stir until the liquid thickens a little, not too much as the noodles bought at the market need a slightly thinner syrup to absorb the liquid.

The syrup is thrown warm and the baklava should be cold. Add little by little so that the noodles absorb all the liquid.

The end result is fantastic, the house has taken on the scent of the holidays.
