Healthy foods strengthen immunity and give us energy to spend the day. Especially in cold seasons where flu is almost inevitable.
Ingredients:
- Chicken meat
- Spices: oregano, ginger, black pepper.
- Salt
- 1 Onion
- 1 Green pepper
- 1 Carrot
- Spinach
- Green onion
- 100 ml Milk
- Mozzarella
Preparation begins with the chicken to which we add spices and fry on all sides. After that we add onion, green pepper and carrot. Let them boil with a glass of water. Add the spinach and green onion after the meat has boiled because it does not need too many minutes to cook. For extra flavor add a glass of milk and leave it on the fire for another 5 minutes.
At the end we place some pieces of mozzarella cheese.
